Pre-payment
1. Orders are processed via first-come-first serve basis.
2. Only bank transfers DBS/POSB/UOB will be accepted. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
3. All payment to be made 24hours after confirmation email is sent. Please do not back out once invoice is sent. Failure to do so will result in blacklisting.
Post-payment
1. Refunds are issued at discretion, unless in cases of OOS whereby a FULL REFUND will be issued.
2. We will not be liable for any goods which turns out to differ from pictures/ does not meet expectations. No refunds will be done in that case.
No refunds/ cancellation is allowed once payment is made.
